Services

Well pump services in Casa Grande & across Arizona

Pumps, pressure, storage and water quality: the whole system, from the tap to the bottom of the well.

Well pumps

From the motor at the bottom of the well to the wire, pipe and controls that bring the water up.

Well pump repair & maintenance

When a pump fails we start above ground: breaker, control box, pressure switch, tank and lines. Only when those check out do we go after the pump itself, so you’re not paying to pull a pump that isn’t the problem.

  • Troubleshooting from the breaker to the wellhead
  • Above-ground checks before anything is pulled
  • Parts stocked for quick repairs

Submersible pump, pipe & wire replacement

When the pump, motor, drop pipe or wire has given out, we pull the string with our pump hoist, replace what’s failed and set the pump back at the right depth for your well.

  • Submersible pumps and motors
  • Drop pipe and well wire
  • Deep wells with long pump settings

Monitoring & troubleshooting

Some problems come and go. We check run times, pressures and amp draw, look for leaks and failing check valves, and explain what we find in plain language.

  • Short cycling and constant running
  • Pressure that drops or surges
  • Intermittent no-water calls

New installations & upgrades

New installations, upgrades and the sale of residential well pumps and parts. Every well is different, so we size the system to your well, your house and how you use water.

  • Residential pump systems
  • Upgrades to aging systems
  • Pumps and parts sales

Pressure & storage

The equipment at the surface that turns a deep well into steady water at the tap.

Pressure tank & water line service

A failing pressure or bladder tank makes a pump start and stop too often, which shortens its life. We service and replace tanks and repair the water lines above and below ground between the well and the house.

  • Pressure and bladder tanks
  • Tank tees, gauges and switches
  • Above-ground and buried water lines

Pressure & booster pump replacement

Where water comes from a storage tank or a shared well, a booster pump supplies the pressure. We replace traditional pressure systems and install constant pressure systems with a variable frequency drive (VFD).

  • Booster pumps
  • Traditional pressure systems
  • Constant pressure / VFD systems

Storage tanks & controls

Many desert properties store water in a tank and boost it to the house. We install, replace and repair storage tank systems and the liquid level controls that tell the well pump when to fill.

  • Storage tank systems
  • Liquid level controls
  • Tank-to-booster plumbing

Inspections & water

Knowing what your well produces, and what’s in the water.

Well inspections & water testing

We collect water samples and send them to a certified lab to test for contaminants. Most of this work is for buyers and sellers during a property transfer, and our testing and inspections are done to satisfy FHA and VA loan requirements.

  • Samples to a certified lab
  • Real estate transactions
  • FHA and VA loan requirements

Yield & flow testing

If you want to know what your well really yields, we run a flow test and report the gallons per minute (GPM) it produces. Useful when buying a property or planning to add demand.

  • Gallons per minute (GPM)
  • Pump system performance
  • Before you buy or expand

Water filtration & softeners

We install water softener systems and filtration systems designed to remove contaminants such as arsenic, nitrates and more. A lab test first tells you what you’re actually treating.

  • Water softeners
  • Arsenic and nitrate filtration
  • Matched to your lab results

Annual well checkup

A yearly look at pressures, controls, tank and wiring catches small problems before they leave you without water. Service contracts are available to fit your needs.

  • Catch problems early

Pricing

Every well is different.

Depth, age, the site and what has actually failed all change the job, so there’s no one-size rate sheet. Call and we’ll troubleshoot first, then quote on request. Large and complex jobs get a written contract. In most cases we don’t charge extra for after-hours, weekend or emergency calls.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

No water? Do this first.

Check the well pump’s breaker. If it has tripped, reset it once. If it trips again, leave it off and call (480) 818-1963.

Never open the pressure switch, pump control box or wellhead wiring. They are live at 240 volts.

If your water suddenly changes color, smell or taste, or after flooding near the well, don’t drink it until it’s tested. Use bottled water.

Getting started

Four steps, plainly explained.

  1. Call with the details

Tell us what the water is doing (or not doing), and whether anything changed recently.

  2. Quick checks by phone

We’ll walk you through the safe things to check first, such as the breaker, so a visit is only for a real problem.

  3. Diagnosis on site

Above-ground equipment first: tank, switch, controls and lines. Then the well.

  4. The fix, explained

You’ll know what failed, what we replaced and how your system works.
